But what does it mean to hire a CAC?
Certified Aquascape Contractors are recognized as the most qualified and knowledgeable water feature installers in the industry. To maintain our status, CACs are required to complete a minimum number of class hours in both pond building skills and business acumen. This entails attending classroom seminars, workshops, and participating in multi-day advanced pond builds to stay abreast of cutting-edge technology and techniques.
The CAC program, established nearly 20 years ago, stands as the longest-running program in the industry. We dedicate significant time and resources to continually train ourselves to achieve excellence. Prospective CACs must undergo a rigorous application process, which includes completing an online training program and exam, providing customer referrals, showcasing pictures of completed water features, and answering inquiries about their business and water gardening philosophy. These applications are meticulously reviewed by technical agents at Aquascape, Inc.
